Revolution Surf Shop Revolution Skatepark has been selling Surf Equipment for the past 11 years, mainly due to the demand from the local Surf scene here in Thanet. Below, you will find photos and descriptions of some of the kinds of gear we sell. We don't sell online like many other businesses mainly because we like to offer a personal service to our customers. All of our staff are experienced Surfers and will be able to give expert advice on all aspects of Surfing Equipment from Surfboard length to which Surfboard wax to use when the sea is frozen. We can take your order over the phone as long as you have a Debit or Credit card. Postage is free on items over £70.00! Surfboards / Bodyboards We've got a great range of Surfboards and Bodyboards in stock at the moment. Surfboards start at £220.00 for a brand new custom thruster. Bodyboards start at just £23.99. Soft Surfboards start at only £99.99! We occasionally have the odd one or two secondhand Surfboards too, although these are few and far between and not always in the most seaworthy condition. Revolution has just taken delivery of a range of brand new Skindog Surfboards. From Retro twin-fins to Classic Longboards the new board range has something to suit all. Revolution and Skindog can even help you design your own board. If you don't fancy what’s in the rack, pop into the shop to discuss options. We are currently working with Ben to design a Kent model ideally suited to our type of waves so watch this space! Wetsuits & Rashvests We stock wetsuits by: Alder Rhino Sola Body Glove Osprey We have suits for all ages and sizes. If we haven't got the one you need in stock on the day, we can easily order one in for you! As we get colder than average seas in Kent, we go out of our way to get the warmest suits we can find at great prices. Kids summer suits start at £19.99 Adult winter suits start at £99.99 Kids Rash vests start at £9.99 Adult thermal winter vests start at £29.99 Wetsuit Boots, Gloves & Hoods There's no point having a great wetsuit if you've got rubbish gloves and boots. If you want to surf all year round in this country, you need to keep your tootsies, fingers and head warm! We've got some of the warmest boots you'll ever need with the new 5mm & 7mm thick Plasma range from Alder. We also have the new Alder Future & Plasma gloves to match. Boots start at £9.99 Gloves start at £15.99 Plasma Hoods start at £14.99 Skimboards Skimboarding has really taken off in the last couple of years, so we decided to stock a range of boards to suit both the beginner and expert. If you just fancy having a go, we have boards as cheap as £9.99, or if you are a committed skimmer, we have high performance fibreglass boards starting at £39.99. For the expert, we also have the ultra light Alder Ignite Epoxy boards at £89.99. Backpads If you prefer a little more drive from you back foot, then you'll need one of these. Sometimes, wax just isn't enough grip to keep that foot in place so we've stocked up on these ultra grippy tail pads to give your foot a treat! Pads start as cheap as £19.99! Accessories We have all the bits you need to complete the Surfing Experience! Leashes As well as being a board saver, the leash has become a life saver in its own right. Unless you're a particularly foolhardy person, then you'll need one of these. We have a variety of sizes to suit all board and surf conditions. Sizes start at 6ft for shorter boards including 7, 8, 9 & 10ft long for the bigger boards out there.
