In the Beginning

Revolution Skatepark was first opened  in 1998 to cater for the large amount of Skateboarders, Inline Skaters and BMX’ers with nowhere to skate in the Thanet and Kent area. We attract skaters all across the country and even from around the world. Priding ourselves on being one of the cleanest and friendliest parks out there and constantly get told this by our customers. To keep things fresh and moving forward we work hard to make changes to the park as often as possible. Since the Skatepark opened 20 years ago, many pro teams and riders have visited us.  The Santa Cruz Team of Chet Childress, Tim Brauch and Darren Navarette as well as many other teams, such as Blind, Think, Venture, Death, MGP, Grit and many more. We have also played host to countless competitions, TV adverts, and have trained 1000’s of kids and adults to skate, scoot ride safe and have fun while doing so.
