| Anyone under 16 wishing to use the facilities will need to wear a helmet and have a Parent or Guardian sign a consent form which can be either picked up here at the park or can be downloaded in PDF format by clicking on this link. Over 16's can sign themselves in at the park. Once a form has been filled out, this will enable us to give the child a card which contains a personal number that has to be signed in before admission to the park. |

Revolution Skatepark Ltd recommends that everyone using the Skatepark facilities should wear full protective equipment at all times including: Helmet, Knee and Elbow Pads, Wristguards (or Glove protection for BMX riders).
All under 16's are required to wear a helmet. (Including Skateboarders)
If riding BMX, skates, snakeboard or inline skates, you must wear a helmet at all times with the chin strap done up reasonably tightly below your chin. Inline Skaters under 16 are also required to wear Wristguards at all times.
All bikes must have at leat one functional brake.
Skateboards must not have excessive sharp edges and must have sufficient deck grip.
All of your equipment must be in good working order with no loose parts.
No sitting on ramps. Use the rest room provided.
The “Street Course” is designed to be used from end to end, not side to side.
Only one person may ride a ramp at a time.
Spectators must stay in designated areas and must not climb on any ramps or enter the recognised skating areas.
No food or drink to be consumed on the ramps.
Vandalism will not be tolerated.
Anyone noticing vandalism or damage must report it to a member of staff.
No shouting / screaming.
No running anywhere within the Skatepark facilities.
Bullying or violence of any kind is strictly forbidden.
No Skating in the shop, car parking area, cafe or anywhere not specifically designed for it.
No tampering with fire extinguishers or fire alarms other than in the event of a fire.
Do not open any of the fire doors for any reason other than in the event of a fire.
Marshals must be obeyed at all times and reserve the right to eject anyone from the facility at their discretion.
Alcohol must not be consumed on the premises or before entry to the park.
Anybody deemed intoxicated will not be allowed to enter the park.
Drug use or possession will not be tolerated.
Be aware of fellow patrons at all times.
Theft from the park other patrons or the shop will result in the police being called.
Smoking will not be tolerated anywhere within the premises.
Know your limitations when using this facility as you do so at your own risk, Skateboarding, BMX riding, Inline skating, Snakeboarding and scooter riding in this sort of purpose built environment can result in injury or death!
An accident book is available and any injury to a participant should be notified to the operator, recorded therein and signed by the injured person or their representative.
Do not leave valuables lying around. Use the lockers provided.
Under 16's must have a consent form signed by either a parent or guardian.
All patrons, including spectators must sign in at the front desk. Failure to do so will be regarded by the Management as trespass.
Lastly and above all, ride safely and have a good time. |

Skatepark first opened early in 1998 due to the high demand from Skaters,
Inliners and BMX'ers from all over Kent. It has been designed to suit all
levels of ability and ages. Challenging, without compromising safety, the
park contains the following facilities: |

Roll-in's and various other grind and slide obstacles which are being added
to on a weekly basis. |

Climbing Centre has just completed a new set of Bouldering Walls.
These new walls offer a
wide range of climbs, from the easy, gentle sloping slab designed for
the beginner, to the feature-packed flat wall for the more experienced
amongst you. The routes for traversing the room have been radically altered
much to everyones approval, mainly from solo climbers who dont want the
added hassle of harness and rope. The 9 Metre
climb and abseil has also greatly enhanced the Centre. Now
we can offer the thrill of Abseiling to all! So, if you want an all over
body workout that is both fun and exciting then
come and check us out. Alternatively, if you've climbed before, come
and check out the new routes or even set your own! |
